National Guard chaplains are short by 75%. That’s the reason we interviewed chaplains both overseas and at home – to give them a chance to appeal to pastors – and see if we can encourage people to seek God’s will and perhaps feel the call to minister to our troops.

And really, what better way is there to collect sermon ideas than to go put your faith on the line and rub shoulders with courageous men and women?
